As an Armed Patrol Officer with Allied Universal, you will play a vital role in maintaining a secure environment at a prominent financial institution location. Your primary responsibilities will include conducting regular patrols throughout the premises, remaining highly visible to help deter security-related incidents, and responding swiftly to any situations that may arise. This is an armed post, and you will be expected to carry out your duties with professionalism and a strong sense of responsibility. You will also interact with clients, employees, and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and clear communication at all times. Job Schedule:

What You’ll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, including emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout the premises and surrounding areas of the financial institution location to help to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and restricted areas to help to deter unauthorized access and maintain a visible presence.
• Document and report any security-related incidents, unusual observations, or maintenance needs encountered during patrols.
• Assist visitors, employees, and/or clients with security-related concerns and provide information as needed while maintaining professionalism.
• Collaborate with law enforcement and/or emergency responders as required during critical events.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess an Armed Guard Card or license.
• Possess a Law Enforcement Officer License.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security-related training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
