As a Security Professional - Financial Dispatch in Midtown, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions and more .

As a Dispatch Officer with Allied Universal at a prominent financial institution, you will play a key role in maintaining a secure environment by coordinating security-related communications and activities. You will monitor and respond to incidents, manage access control systems, and collaborate closely with on-site teams to help to deter incidents and provide timely support. Your presence and proactive communication will contribute to a welcoming atmosphere for employees and visitors. What You’ll Do:

  • Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
  • Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
  • Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
  • Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
  • Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and dispatch security-related personnel and resources in response to incidents and routine operations within a financial institution environment.
  • Monitor communication channels and relay information between field officers, management, and emergency services as needed.
  • Document and maintain detailed records of incidents, dispatch activities, and relevant communications.
  • Provide customer service by following site-specific protocols and Allied Universal procedures.
  • Respond to critical situations and incidents in a calm, problem-solving manner, assisting in the resolution of issues as they arise.
  • Support regular and random patrols by tracking officer locations and activities, helping to deter unauthorized activity around the premises.
  • Assist with emergency response activities by communicating accurate information and instructions to relevant parties.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
