As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will play a key role in helping to deter security-related incidents within a prominent aerospace and defense environment. Your responsibilities will include conducting routine patrols throughout the assigned location, maintaining a visible presence to help promote a secure atmosphere for all personnel and visitors. You will interact with individuals on site, offering exceptional customer service and clear communication while addressing security-related concerns. By monitoring access points and observing activities, you will support the ongoing security-related needs of a dynamic and innovative setting. Job Schedule:

What You’ll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and along the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and observe for any irregularities. The working environment may include areas related to the aerospace and defense industry.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and other access points to help to deter unauthorized entry and report any suspicious activity.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with visitors, employees, and/or contractors, providing directions or information as needed while maintaining site protocols.
• Complete detailed and accurate reports on observations, incidents, and/or activities during each shift.
• Collaborate with Allied Universal management and site leadership to support site-specific security-related needs and requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must have at least 2 years of security-related experience.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent and provide proof as required by the client.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
