As a Screener with Allied Universal at a logistics and distribution location, you will play an important role in helping to maintain a secure environment for all personnel and assets. Your responsibilities will include monitoring designated areas, conducting routine patrols, and remaining highly visible to help to deter security-related incidents. You will interact with employees, visitors, and delivery personnel, providing exceptional customer service and clear communication at all times. Job Schedule:

What You’ll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and adhering to site-specific policies within a logistics and distribution environment.
• Screen individuals, vehicles, and/or packages entering or exiting the location to help to deter unauthorized access and maintain compliance with site protocols.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter to help to deter potential issues and identify any irregularities.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of all screening activities and report any suspicious behavior or incidents to the appropriate personnel.
• Communicate professionally with visitors, vendors, and employees while upholding Allied Universal standards at all times.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
