Job Schedule:

What You’ll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergencies as appropriate.
• Manage access control by verifying credentials and monitoring entry and exit points to help to deter unauthorized access within the transportation location.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, while following established protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and perimeter to help to deter potential issues and maintain a visible presence.
• Observe and report any unusual activity, security-related hazards, or property damage to the appropriate personnel.
• Work in a professional manner with clients, visitors, and/or employees, maintaining a courteous and helpful attitude at all times.
• Document all incidents, observations, and actions taken in accordance with Allied Universal procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
