As a Security Officer - Dispatch Monitor in Graniteville, SC, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries.

As a Dispatch Officer with Allied Universal, you will play a crucial role in supporting security-related operations at a dynamic location. Your responsibilities will include monitoring communications, coordinating responses, and providing timely information to on-site personnel. You will help to deter security-related incidents by maintaining strong communication channels and delivering exceptional customer service to both team members and visitors. Job Schedule:

What You’ll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter. Working environments and conditions may vary by location.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must have at least 2 years of security-related experience or 3 or more years of combined law enforcement, military, or security-related experience, or possess a college degree.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Access control or badge experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
