As a Patrol Unarmed Security Officer with Allied Universal, you will play a crucial role in supporting a secure environment within an aerospace and defense location. Your responsibilities will include conducting regular patrols throughout assigned areas, remaining highly visible to help to deter security-related incidents, and responding promptly to any situations as they arise. You will also engage with employees, visitors, and contractors, providing exceptional customer service and clear communication to address any questions or concerns. Job Schedule:

What You’ll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the aerospace and defense facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and restricted areas, reporting any unusual activity or security-related concerns to appropriate personnel.
• Document observations, incidents, and security-related activities according to company and client protocols.
• Assist visitors, employees, and contractors with access and general inquiries while maintaining site protocols.
• Collaborate with Allied Universal team members and site contacts to address security-related issues as they arise.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
