As a Security Officer - Unarmed Patrol in Boardman, OR, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Food/Beverage and more .

As a Patrol Unarmed Security Officer with Allied Universal at a leading food and beverage location, you will be responsible for monitoring and patrolling assigned areas to help create a secure environment for employees, visitors, and assets. Your presence will help to deter security-related incidents while you conduct routine patrols and maintain high visibility throughout the facility. You will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries, and assisting with access control and badge procedures as needed. Job Schedule:

What You’ll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, as well as responding to emergency situations when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify any potential concerns.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and sensitive areas within the food and beverage environment to help to deter unauthorized access and maintain order.
• Document and report any security-related incidents, hazards, or unusual occurrences according to company and client protocols.
• Collaborate with site personnel and law enforcement as needed to support a secure environment.
• Assist with access control procedures, verifying credentials and/or identification as required for entry into designated areas.

Minimum Requirements:

• Applicants must provide proof of a high school diploma or GED as required by the client.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
