As a Security Professional Access Control Patrol in Baytown, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls and more .

As a Security Professional with Allied Universal at a major distribution center in the retail environment, you will play a vital role in access control operations. Your primary responsibilities will include monitoring entrances and exits, verifying credentials, and conducting routine patrols throughout the location to help to deter security-related incidents. By maintaining a visible presence and engaging with visitors and employees, you will contribute to a welcoming atmosphere while upholding the highest standards of customer service. Job Schedule:

What You’ll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies at the location, including access control duties.
• Monitor and control access points to help to deter unauthorized entry and/or suspicious activity within the premises.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter to help to deter potential security-related concerns.
• Document and report any irregularities, security-related incidents, or unusual activity observed during patrols or while monitoring access points.
• Assist visitors, employees, and contractors with access as needed, maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor.
• Support emergency response activities as required by the site and Allied Universal protocols.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
