As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a commercial real estate location, you will play a vital role in maintaining a secure environment for tenants, visitors, and staff. Your primary responsibilities include conducting routine patrols throughout the property, remaining visible to help deter security-related incidents, and providing exceptional customer service. By being approachable and attentive, you will support a welcoming atmosphere while addressing any concerns or incidents promptly and professionally. Job Schedule:

What You’ll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the commercial real estate location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity.
• Observe and report any suspicious activity or security-related concerns to the appropriate personnel.
• Maintain a visible presence to help to deter potential issues and offer assistance to visitors, tenants, and staff.
• Follow all instructions and guidelines provided by Allied Universal and site management regarding security-related operations.

• Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available

Minimum Requirements:

• A Guard Card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
