As a Security Professional - Retail Patrol in Houston, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls and more .

As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a prominent retail location, you will play a key role in helping to deter security-related incidents and supporting a positive experience for guests and employees. Your responsibilities will include conducting regular patrols throughout the property, maintaining a visible presence to help to discourage unwanted activity, and assisting with any security-related concerns that may arise. You will also provide exceptional customer service, offering assistance and clear communication to everyone you encounter. Job Schedule:

What You’ll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies at the retail location.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following Allied Universal protocols.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the store and surrounding perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and/or potential issues.
• Observe and report any suspicious activity or situations to the appropriate personnel.
• Assist customers, visitors, and employees as needed while maintaining a professional presence.
• Support emergency response activities as directed by site management and Allied Universal guidelines.
• Document and communicate any incidents or concerns according to site and company procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
