As a Security Officer - CRE Patrol Driver in South San Francisco, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate and more .

As a Patrol Unarmed Security Professional with Allied Universal, you will play a vital role in helping to maintain a secure environment within a prominent commercial real estate location. Your primary responsibilities will include conducting regular patrols throughout the premises, maintaining a visible presence to help to deter security-related incidents, and offering exceptional customer service to everyone you encounter. This position requires you to drive as part of your patrol duties, so a valid driver's license is necessary. You will be an integral part of a team that values reliability, innovation, and strong communication, all while putting people first. Job Schedule:

What You’ll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the property and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns. Working environments and conditions may vary by location.
• Document observations and incidents according to Allied Universal protocols.
• Communicate professionally with property management, tenants, and/or visitors as needed.
• Support access control procedures and monitor for unusual or suspicious activity.
• Remain alert and attentive while on post, adapting to changing environments and assignments as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions and must meet Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
