As a Security Professional - Mall Patrol Flex in HONOLULU, HI, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls and more .

As an unarmed patrol officer with Allied Universal, you will play a key role in helping to maintain a secure environment at a high-end retail location. Your responsibilities include conducting regular patrols throughout the premises, remaining visible to help deter security-related incidents, and responding promptly to any situations that may arise. You will be counted on to provide outstanding customer service and clear communication, interacting with visitors, staff, and vendors to address questions and concerns. Job Schedule:

What You’ll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as appropriate.
• Help to deter incidents and respond to critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner within the retail location.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail environment and its perimeter to help maintain a secure atmosphere.
• Observe and report any unusual activity or security-related concerns to the appropriate personnel.
• Assist with controlling access to the premises and monitoring entry and exit points as required by site procedures.
• Support loss prevention efforts by maintaining a visible presence and remaining alert to potential risks within the retail setting.
• Work collaboratively with retail staff and Allied Universal team members to address security-related needs and provide a welcoming environment for customers.

Minimum Requirements:

• A Security Professional Guard Card is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
