As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a healthcare location, you will play a vital role in maintaining a secure environment for patients, visitors, and staff. Your responsibilities will include conducting routine patrols throughout the facility, staying visible to help deter security-related incidents, and responding to any situations that may arise. You will interact with a diverse range of individuals, providing exceptional customer service and clear communication at all times. This is a driving position, so you will be required to operate a vehicle as part of your patrol duties. Job Schedule:

What You’ll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures and following site-specific policies, including emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, supporting a secure environment within the healthcare location.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify any potential concerns.
• Observe and report any suspicious behavior, hazards, or irregularities encountered during patrols to the appropriate personnel.
• Assist visitors, staff, and/or patients with directions, information, and support as needed, maintaining a professional presence.
• Collaborate with healthcare staff and Allied Universal team members to address security-related needs and support the overall operations of the location.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• A valid driver’s license in the job state and meeting Allied Universal driver policy requirements is required for driving positions.
• CPR certification and/or First Aid certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
