As a Security Professional - Commercial Patrol in Atlanta, GA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate and more .

As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a commercial real estate location, you will be responsible for monitoring and patrolling assigned areas to help to deter security-related incidents and maintain a secure environment for tenants, visitors, and staff. Your presence and attention to detail will be key in providing outstanding customer service, responding to security-related situations, and assisting individuals as needed. You will conduct routine patrols throughout the property, remain visible to help to deter potential issues, and communicate clearly with both property management and your Allied Universal team. Job Schedule:

What You’ll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as directed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the commercial real estate location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Observe and report any suspicious activity, hazards, or maintenance issues encountered during patrols.
• Assist visitors, tenants, and employees with directions and general information as needed while maintaining a professional presence.
• Collaborate with Allied Universal management and local law enforcement when necessary in response to incidents.
• Document all incidents, observations, and activities in accordance with Allied Universal and client protocols.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
