Your primary responsibilities will include conducting routine patrols throughout the location, maintaining a visible presence to help prevent security-related issues, and delivering exceptional customer service through clear communication and professionalism. As this is a driving post, you will be responsible for patrolling the premises using a vehicle, so a valid driver's license is required. Job Schedule:

What You’ll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity. Working environments and conditions may vary by location.
• Observe and report any suspicious activity, hazards, or irregularities encountered during patrols.
• Assist with controlling access to the premises, verifying credentials, and monitoring entry and exit points as required.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, visitors, and team members.
• Complete detailed and accurate reports regarding incidents, observations, and daily activities.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required for positions that primarily involve driving, in accordance with Allied Universal Driver Policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
