As a Front Desk Security Professional within a healthcare location, you will be the first point of contact for visitors, staff, and guests, helping to create a welcoming and secure environment. Your primary responsibilities will include managing access control, checking badges, greeting and assisting individuals, and responding promptly to inquiries with a customer-focused approach. You will help to deter security-related incidents through your professional presence and clear communication, while upholding the highest standards of service. This position requires a valid driver's license in the job state, as you may be required to perform driving duties as part of your role. Job Schedule:

What You’ll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to clients, staff, and visitors by following security-related procedures specific to the healthcare location.
• Monitor access to the facility by greeting visitors, verifying credentials, and maintaining visitor logs at the front desk.
• Assist with the implementation of site-specific policies and procedures to help maintain order and help to deter unauthorized activity.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
• Report and document any unusual activity or security-related incidents to the appropriate personnel and/or law enforcement as directed.
• Assist with emergency response activities in accordance with Allied Universal and client protocols.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with all individuals entering or exiting the location.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must have at least 2 years of security-related experience.
• Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions only.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
