As a Security Officer Unarmed CRE Patrol in Seattle, WA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate and more .

As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal in a commercial real estate environment, you will play a key role in helping to deter security-related incidents by conducting regular patrols throughout the property. Your visible presence will contribute to a welcoming atmosphere while supporting a secure environment for tenants, visitors, and staff. You will actively monitor assigned areas, respond to various situations as they arise, and provide outstanding customer service by assisting those in need and communicating clearly with building occupants. This role offers the opportunity to interact with a diverse group of people while utilizing your observation skills and attention to detail. Job Schedule:

What You’ll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following Allied Universal protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the commercial real estate location, including both interior and perimeter areas, to help to deter unauthorized activity.
• Observe and report any suspicious behavior, hazards, or maintenance issues encountered during patrols.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with tenants, visitors, and building management as required.
• Maintain accurate and detailed logs or reports of daily activities and incidents.
• Follow all company and site-specific guidelines to support a secure environment for tenants and guests.

Minimum Requirements:

• Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
