As a Security Professional- CRE Unarmed Patrol in Dallas, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate and more .

As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will play a key role in maintaining a secure environment at a commercial real estate location. Your responsibilities will include conducting regular patrols throughout the property, remaining visible to help deter security-related incidents, and responding promptly to any situations that may arise. You will interact with tenants, visitors, and staff, offering exceptional customer service and clear communication while upholding the highest standards of professionalism. This role is ideal for individuals who are attentive, reliable, and eager to contribute to a team-oriented environment. Job Schedule:

What You’ll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the commercial real estate location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity.
• Observe and report any unusual activity or security-related concerns to the appropriate personnel.
• Assist visitors, tenants, and/or employees with directions and general inquiries while maintaining a professional presence.
• Work collaboratively with Allied Universal team members and site contacts to address security-related matters as needed.
• Document and communicate any incidents or important information according to site protocols.

Minimum Requirements:

• Access control or badge experience is preferred.
• Experience working with alarm panels is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• A state, county, or city issued security-related license is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 plus years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
