As a Security Professional - Tech Site Screener in New Braunfels, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom and more .

As a Screener with Allied Universal in a dynamic tech, media, and telecom location, you will play a key role in helping to maintain a secure environment for employees, visitors, and assets. Your responsibilities will include monitoring entry points, verifying credentials, and conducting routine patrols to help deter security-related incidents. You will be highly visible and approachable, providing exceptional customer service and clear communication to everyone you encounter. Job Schedule:

What You’ll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to clients by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or responding to emergency situations as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to support a secure environment.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and its perimeter, with working environments and conditions that may vary.
• Assist in helping to deter unauthorized activity and/or access through visible presence and adherence to protocols.
• Communicate professionally with clients, visitors, and staff while upholding Allied Universal standards.
• Document and report incidents, observations, and/or irregularities according to site requirements.

• Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available

Minimum Requirements:

• A Security Professional Guard Card is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
