As a Security Officer - Unarmed CRE Site in Denver, CO, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate and more .

As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a leading commercial real estate location, you will be responsible for monitoring and patrolling assigned areas to help create a secure environment for tenants, visitors, and staff. Your presence and routine patrols will help to deter security-related incidents while you provide exceptional customer service and clear communication. You will interact with people throughout the location, offering assistance and responding to situations as they arise. Pay Rate: $22.75 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What You’ll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, as well as responding to emergency situations when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the commercial real estate location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or suspicious behavior. Working environments and conditions may vary by site.
• Observe and report any unusual activity, property damage, or maintenance issues encountered during patrols.
• Collaborate with building management and/or emergency personnel as needed to address incidents or concerns within the location.
• Maintain detailed and accurate logs and/or reports of daily activities, incidents, and observations as required by site policies.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
