As a Security Professional - Industrial Site - Full Time in Boerne, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries.

As an Access Control professional with Allied Universal, you will play a vital role in helping to maintain a secure environment at a unique location. Your responsibilities will include monitoring entry points, verifying credentials, and conducting routine patrols throughout the property to help deter security-related incidents. You will interact regularly with residents and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and clear communication while remaining visible and approachable. This position is ideal for individuals who are comfortable using technology such as computers or tablets and who thrive in a role that blends security-related duties with a strong focus on customer experience. Job Schedule:

What You’ll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter. Working environments and conditions may vary by client site.

• Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available

Minimum Requirements:

• Possession of a valid Guard Card is preferred.
• Experience with access control and/or badge systems is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 plus years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
