As a Security Professional - Access Control Patrol in Miami Beach, FL, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate and more .

As a valued team member with Allied Universal, you will play a key role in providing access control at a prestigious commercial real estate location. Your primary responsibilities will involve monitoring entry points, verifying credentials, and conducting routine patrols throughout the premises to help to deter security-related incidents. You will remain highly visible to provide reassurance to tenants and visitors, while delivering exceptional customer service and clear communication. Job Schedule:

What You’ll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies, including access control protocols.
• Monitor and manage access points to help to deter unauthorized entry and maintain a secure environment within the commercial real estate location.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following Allied Universal guidelines and site directives.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the property and its perimeter to observe and report irregularities or suspicious activity.
• Document and report all incidents, observations, and activities as required by Allied Universal and client protocols.
• Assist in emergency response activities as directed, supporting the overall security-related operations of the location.
• Communicate professionally with building management, tenants, and visitors to address inquiries and provide information related to security-related matters.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must have at least 2 years of security-related experience.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must be comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• A valid driver’s license is required and must meet Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
