As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will play a key role in supporting a secure environment at a government location. Your primary responsibilities include conducting routine patrols throughout assigned areas, maintaining a highly visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and providing outstanding customer service to all visitors and staff. In this driving post, you will utilize your attention to detail and communication skills to observe and report any unusual activities, assist with access control, and respond to calls for service as needed. Job Schedule:

What You’ll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, as well as responding to emergency situations when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to support the needs of the location.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and maintain a visible security-related presence.
• Observe and report any unusual activity or potential hazards to the appropriate personnel.
• Interact professionally with visitors, employees, and/or members of the public, providing assistance and information as needed.
• Document and communicate security-related incidents or concerns according to site protocols.

• Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available

Minimum Requirements:

• Must have at least 2 years of security-related experience.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions only.
• A Security Professional Guard Card is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
