As a Patrol Unarmed Security Officer with Allied Universal, you will help to create a secure and welcoming environment at a healthcare location. Your primary responsibilities include conducting regular patrols throughout the premises to help to deter security-related incidents and maintain a visible presence. You will engage with employees, visitors, and patients, offering exceptional customer service and clear communication to address any questions or concerns. Job Schedule:

What You’ll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and following site-specific policies, as well as participating in emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and maintain a visible presence.
• Monitor access points and observe for any unusual or suspicious behavior within the healthcare environment.
• Communicate professionally with staff, visitors, and/or patients to provide assistance or directions as needed.
• Document incidents, observations, and/or activities as required by site policy.
• Collaborate with Allied Universal management and local staff to address security-related concerns and support a secure environment.

Minimum Requirements:

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
