As a Security Professional - Distribution Site in Lewisville, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution and more .

As a Patrol Unarmed officer with Allied Universal at a logistics and distribution location, you will play a critical role in helping to maintain a secure environment for employees, visitors, and assets. Your responsibilities will include conducting regular patrols throughout the facility, monitoring for any suspicious activity, and being a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents. You will engage with people on site, providing exceptional customer service and clear communication while assisting with access control and responding to incidents as needed. Job Schedule:

What You’ll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the logistics and distribution location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or access.
• Observe and report any irregular conditions or security-related concerns encountered during patrols.
• Communicate and collaborate with team members and site personnel to support security-related operations and incident response.
• Document activities, observations, and incidents according to Allied Universal and site-specific protocols.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Access control or badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
