As a Front Desk Security Professional with Allied Universal at a prominent technology-focused location, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming and secure environment for all visitors, employees, and vendors. Your responsibilities will include monitoring access points, verifying credentials, assisting guests with inquiries, and responding to security-related situations as they arise. By maintaining a strong presence at the front desk, you will help to deter unwanted incidents and provide exceptional customer service. You will also utilize technology such as computers or tablets to log activities and communicate with the team. Job Schedule:

What You’ll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Greet visitors and employees in a professional manner and assist with access control procedures at the front desk.
• Monitor the entry and exit of individuals to help to deter unauthorized access to the location.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following Allied Universal protocols and site-specific policies.
• Maintain accurate logs and records related to visitor management, deliveries, and security-related activities at the front desk.
• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees by addressing questions and/or concerns related to security-related procedures.
• Follow site-specific emergency response protocols as directed and assist in coordinating communication during emergencies.
• Communicate clearly and courteously with building management, clients, and Allied Universal personnel as required.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must have at least 2 years of security-related experience.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
