As a Security Guard - Manufacturing Site Patrol - Full Time in Phoenix, AZ, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial and more .

As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a leading manufacturing and industrial location, you will play a key role in helping to deter security-related incidents and promoting a secure environment for employees, visitors, and assets. Your responsibilities will include conducting routine patrols throughout the facility, remaining highly visible to help discourage unwanted activity, and responding promptly to any security-related concerns. You will also interact with individuals onsite, providing exceptional customer service and clear communication to support a positive atmosphere. This position requires the ability to drive as part of your patrol duties. Job Schedule:

What You’ll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, as well as responding to emergency situations when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the manufacturing and industrial location, including both the business interior and perimeter areas.
• Observe and report any unusual activity or conditions that may require attention, helping to deter unauthorized access or activities.
• Assist with access control by monitoring entrances and exits, verifying credentials as needed, and maintaining a visible security-related presence.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, visitors, and Allied Universal team members regarding security-related matters.
• Follow all site-specific post orders and instructions as provided by Allied Universal and client management.

Minimum Requirements:

• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• A valid Guard Card or security license is preferred.
• Current CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred.
• A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions only.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
