As a Security Officer - Financial Site Patrol - Full Time in Wilmington, DE, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions and more .

As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will play a key role in helping to deter security-related incidents and providing a welcoming presence at a prominent financial institution location. Your responsibilities will include conducting regular patrols throughout the facility, maintaining a visible presence to help deter unwanted activity, and delivering outstanding customer service to employees, clients, and visitors. This position requires driving as part of your regular duties, so a valid driver's license is necessary. Job Schedule:

What You’ll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to clients at financial institution locations by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, supporting a secure environment for staff and visitors.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the business premises and surrounding perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
• Observe and report any unusual activity or security-related incidents according to Allied Universal protocols.
• Assist with access control procedures, verifying identification and monitoring entry points as required by site-specific guidelines.
• Maintain a visible presence throughout the location to help to deter potential risks and provide reassurance to employees and visitors.
• Communicate promptly with Allied Universal management and/or site representatives regarding any security-related matters or emergencies.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• A valid driver’s license is required for positions that involve driving and must meet Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
