As a Patrol Armed Officer with Allied Universal at a prominent financial institution location, you will play a key role in maintaining a secure environment for clients, employees, and visitors. Your primary responsibilities will include conducting routine patrols throughout the premises, maintaining a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and responding swiftly to any situations that arise. You will be expected to provide outstanding customer service, communicate clearly with all individuals on site, and act as a trusted resource for those in need of assistance. Job Schedule:

What You’ll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the financial institution's premises and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and restricted areas to help to deter unauthorized access and maintain a visible presence throughout the location.
• Document and report security-related incidents, observations, and activities according to site protocols and Allied Universal guidelines.
• Assist with access control by verifying identification and credentials as required by site policies.
• Collaborate with law enforcement or emergency responders when necessary, following established protocols for the location.
• Maintain awareness of surroundings and report any suspicious activity or security-related hazards immediately.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must possess a valid Concealed Carry Weapons Permit.
• Must have at least 1 year of law enforcement experience or 2 years of experience as a security supervisor or manager or 3 years of security-related experience.
• CPR Certification is preferred.
• An Armed Guard Card or License is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 plus years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
