As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will play a vital role in creating a secure environment by monitoring and patrolling assigned locations. Your presence will help to deter security-related incidents while you remain visible and approachable to those on site. You will conduct routine patrols, observe for unusual activity, and respond promptly to situations as they arise. Job Schedule:

What You’ll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to support a secure environment.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential issues.
• Observe and report any suspicious activities, hazards, or unusual circumstances to appropriate personnel in a timely manner.
• Follow post orders and instructions provided by Allied Universal management and site leadership.
• Maintain a professional presence while interacting with visitors, employees, and/or contractors at the location.
• Complete required reports and logs accurately and promptly as part of daily duties.

Minimum Requirements:

• CPR certification is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred.
• Experience with access control and/or badge systems is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
