As a Armed Security Professional - Financial Site in Seattle, WA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions and more .

As a Patrol Armed Professional at a leading financial institution location, you will play a pivotal role in helping to deter security-related incidents and maintaining a secure environment for clients, visitors, and staff. Your responsibilities will include conducting routine patrols, maintaining a visible presence, and responding to security-related concerns with professionalism and composure. What You’ll Do:

  • Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
  • Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
  • Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
  • Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
  • Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

  • Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as appropriate.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining a professional demeanor at all times.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols around the financial institution and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and promote a secure environment.
  • Monitor entrances, exits, and other designated areas to help to deter suspicious activity and maintain a visible presence.
  • Work closely with Allied Universal management and client representatives to communicate concerns or observations related to security-related matters.
  • Maintain accurate records and logs of daily activities, incidents, and/or unusual occurrences as required by site protocols.
  • Support access control procedures by verifying credentials and monitoring visitor movement within the location.
  • Remain alert and ready to respond to alarms, emergencies, and/or requests for assistance, using appropriate judgement and escalation protocols.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Must possess a valid Concealed Carry Weapons Permit.
  • Must have 1 or more years of law enforcement experience or 2 or more years of security supervisor or manager experience or 3 or more years of security-related experience.
  • CPR Certification is preferred.
  • An armed guard card or license is preferred.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 or more years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
