As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will play a vital role in helping to maintain a secure environment within a dynamic technology, media, and telecommunications location. Your primary responsibilities will include conducting routine patrols throughout assigned areas, maintaining a visible presence to help to deter potential security-related incidents, and responding promptly to any situations that may arise. Job Schedule:

What You’ll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and following site-specific policies, including emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to support the security-related needs of the location.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the premises and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and report any irregularities.
• Monitor the location for any suspicious activity, hazards, or unusual occurrences and report findings according to Allied Universal protocols.
• Assist visitors, employees, and/or contractors by providing information and guidance as needed while maintaining a professional presence.
• Complete detailed and accurate reports on incidents, observations, and patrol activities as required by site procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
