As a Patrol Armed Officer with Allied Universal, you will play a crucial role in helping to maintain a secure environment at a prominent financial institution. Job Schedule:

What You’ll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and participating in emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to support the protection of people and property at the location.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the financial institution and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and other key areas to help to deter suspicious behavior and report any unusual activity.
• Interact with employees, visitors, and/or customers in a professional and courteous manner, addressing inquiries and assisting as needed.
• Complete detailed and accurate reports on daily activities, incidents, and/or any security-related events observed during patrols.
• Work collaboratively with Allied Universal management and local law enforcement as needed to support security-related operations at the location.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must possess a valid Concealed Carry Weapons Permit.
• Must have at least 1 or more years of law enforcement experience, or at least 2 or more years of security supervisor or manager experience, or at least 3 or more years of security-related experience.
• An Armed Guard Card or License is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
