Job Description


As a Security Professional CRE Patrol Unarmed in Bothell, WA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate and more .

As a Patrol Officer with Allied Universal, you will play a key role in helping to maintain a secure environment at a commercial real estate location. Your primary responsibilities will include conducting routine patrols throughout the property, maintaining a visible presence to help to deter security-related incidents, and providing outstanding customer service to everyone you encounter. You will also use your communication skills to interact with visitors, tenants, and staff, addressing their concerns and assisting as needed. This position requires driving as part of your patrol duties. What You’ll Do:

  • Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
  • Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
  • Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
  • Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
  • Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

  • Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations when appropriate.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the commercial real estate location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or security-related incidents.
  • Observe and report any suspicious activities, hazards, or unusual occurrences encountered during patrols to Allied Universal management and/or on-site contacts as required.
  • Assist visitors, tenants, and employees by providing information and directions as needed while maintaining a professional presence.
  • Follow all post orders and instructions specific to the commercial real estate environment to support a secure and welcoming atmosphere.
  • Collaborate with Allied Universal team members and on-site personnel to address security-related concerns and support overall site operations.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Customer service experience is preferred.
  • Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
  • CPR certification is preferred.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only and must meet Allied Universal Driver Policy requirements.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
