As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will play a key role in helping to create a secure environment at a leading automotive location. Your responsibilities will include conducting regular patrols throughout the property, maintaining a strong presence to help deter security-related incidents, and responding promptly to any concerns that arise. You will be interacting with employees, visitors, and guests, providing exceptional customer service while assisting with access control and badge verification as needed. In this dynamic role, you will also utilize technology such as computers and tablets to support your daily tasks. Pay Rate: $21.45 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What You’ll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, including responding appropriately to emergency situations as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and report any unusual conditions or incidents.
• Observe and report on any security-related matters, hazards, or maintenance concerns encountered during patrols.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, visitors, and team members while representing Allied Universal at the location.
• Complete required documentation and incident reports accurately and in a timely manner.

Minimum Requirements:

• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Experience with access control and/or badge systems is preferred.
• Possession of a valid Guard Card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
