As an Armed Patrol Officer with Allied Universal, you will play a vital role in helping to maintain a secure environment within a bustling retail location. Your primary responsibilities will include conducting regular patrols throughout the premises, remaining highly visible to help to deter security-related incidents, and being prepared to respond swiftly to any situation. You will interact professionally with staff, customers, and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and clear communication at all times. Job Schedule:

What You’ll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and respond to emergency situations as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while maintaining professionalism at all times.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout the retail location and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and/or unauthorized access.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and common areas to help to deter theft, disturbances, and other security-related incidents.
• Interact with visitors, employees, and/or customers to provide assistance and enforce site rules as required.
• Prepare incident reports and maintain detailed logs of security-related activities and observations.
• Collaborate with local law enforcement and emergency services when necessary, following established protocols.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Level III Armed Certification for Texas is required.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
