As a Security Officer-  Healthcare Site Patrol - Part Time in Frisco, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare and more .

As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal in a healthcare location, you will play a vital role in helping to create a secure and welcoming environment for patients, visitors, and staff. Your responsibilities will include conducting regular patrols throughout the facility, maintaining a visible presence to help to deter security-related incidents, and responding to various situations as they arise. You will be expected to provide outstanding customer service, offering assistance and clear communication to everyone you encounter. Job Schedule:

What You’ll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergencies as needed within a healthcare environment.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and along the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
• Observe and report any unusual activity or security-related incidents in accordance with Allied Universal protocols.
• Assist visitors, patients, and staff with directions or information as needed, while maintaining a courteous and professional demeanor.
• Support access control procedures by monitoring entrances and exits to help to deter unauthorized entry.
• Work collaboratively with healthcare staff and local authorities when required, maintaining clear communication during incidents and/or emergencies.
• Complete detailed and accurate reports on security-related activities, incidents, and/or observations as directed by Allied Universal policies.

Minimum Requirements:

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
