As a Security Officer- Dispatch Operations in Dallas, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom and more .

As a Dispatch Officer with Allied Universal in a dynamic tech and media environment, you will play a vital role in supporting security-related operations at a cutting-edge location. Your responsibilities will include monitoring alarm panels, coordinating incident responses, and communicating with on-site teams to help to deter incidents and maintain a secure environment. This position requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to remain calm under pressure. You will be the central point of contact for both routine and emergency situations, delivering exceptional customer service while upholding the Allied Universal values of agility, reliability, and integrity. Job Schedule:

What You’ll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Carry out dispatch duties by monitoring and coordinating communications between personnel on site, following established procedures and site-specific protocols.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, supporting prompt and appropriate action.
• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by addressing inquiries and assisting with security-related procedures.
• Maintain accurate logs and records of incidents, communications, and activities as required by site protocols.
• Support emergency response activities by relaying information and coordinating with on-site teams and/or external responders as needed.
• Help to deter unauthorized activities by maintaining awareness of site operations and reporting any suspicious behavior or incidents.
• Communicate with Allied Universal team members and site personnel to facilitate smooth operations within the location.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must have at least 2 years of security-related experience.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
