Job Schedule:

What You’ll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations when appropriate.
• Monitor and coordinate communication between onsite personnel, emergency responders, and Allied Universal management from a central dispatch location.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting and escalating as needed.
• Utilize technology systems to track activities, monitor alarms, and dispatch personnel to various locations within the facility as required.
• Maintain detailed logs and reports of all incidents, dispatches, and communications in accordance with site protocols.
• Support regular and random patrols by coordinating with onsite officers and maintaining situational awareness of the location.
• Assist with access control measures by verifying credentials and monitoring visitor activity through surveillance systems.
• Help to deter unauthorized activity by maintaining a visible and responsive presence through dispatch operations.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must have at least 2 years of security-related experience.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Experience in customer service is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
