Your responsibilities will include monitoring communications, coordinating responses, and maintaining constant awareness of ongoing activities to help to deter incidents and promote a secure environment. Job Schedule:

What You’ll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and coordinate communications for the location, dispatching security-related personnel as needed in response to incidents or requests.
• Maintain accurate records and logs of all dispatch activities, calls, and responses.
• Provide customer service by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and responding to emergencies as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, relaying information to appropriate personnel and/or authorities.
• Communicate with on-site security-related staff to help to deter unauthorized activity and support the overall security-related operations of the location.
• Conduct regular checks of communication equipment and dispatch systems to confirm they are functioning properly.
• Assist with access control by verifying credentials and monitoring entry and exit points through dispatch systems.
• Collaborate with Allied Universal management and on-site teams to support security-related operations and maintain a secure environment for the financial institution.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must have at least 1 year of security-related experience.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
