As a Security Professional - Unarmed Post - Full Time in Oatman, AZ, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Cultural Institutions and more .

As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will play a key role in supporting a secure environment at a respected cultural institution. Your responsibilities will include conducting regular patrols throughout the location, maintaining a visible presence to help to deter security-related incidents, and providing outstanding customer service to all visitors and staff. You will be the first point of contact for those seeking assistance, delivering clear communication and demonstrating a professional, approachable demeanor at all times. Job Schedule:

What You’ll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to visitors, staff, and guests by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, as well as responding to emergency situations when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and/or policy violations.
• Observe and report any unusual activity or conditions within the location, following Allied Universal procedures for documentation and escalation.
• Assist with access control by monitoring entry and exit points, verifying credentials as required by site policies.
• Support the cultural institution by providing information and assistance to visitors while maintaining a visible Allied Universal presence.
• Work collaboratively with site staff and emergency responders as needed during critical incidents or drills.

Minimum Requirements:

• A Security Professional Guard Card is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
