What You’ll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and control access to the location, verifying identification and credentials of individuals entering and exiting the premises.
• Provide customer service by assisting visitors and staff with security-related inquiries and directions in accordance with site-specific policies.
• Carry out security-related procedures and respond to incidents or emergencies in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activities and identify any unusual conditions.
• Document and report any security-related incidents, observations, or concerns as required by site protocols.
• Collaborate with local law enforcement or emergency services as needed during critical situations.
• Maintain a professional presence while representing Allied Universal at the location.

Minimum Requirements:

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions in the job state only.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
