As a Security Professional - GSOC Operator in Tempe, AZ, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions and more .

As a Dispatch Officer with Allied Universal at a prominent financial institution, you will play a key role in supporting security-related operations by monitoring activity, coordinating responses, and communicating with on-site teams. Your responsibilities include maintaining constant awareness of the location, relaying critical information, and helping to deter incidents through prompt and professional communication. What You’ll Do:

  • Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
  • Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
  • Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
  • Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
  • Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and manage communications between personnel and locations, responding promptly to calls for assistance or reports of incidents within a financial institution environment.
  • Dispatch security-related personnel and resources as needed to various areas based on protocols and site-specific requirements.
  • Maintain detailed logs and records of all incoming and outgoing communications, incidents, and activities.
  • Assist in coordinating emergency response activities and/or procedures as required, following established protocols.
  • Provide customer service by addressing inquiries and requests in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Support the implementation of site-specific policies and procedures related to security-related operations.
  • Collaborate with on-site personnel to help to deter unauthorized activities and/or access within the location.
  • Remain alert and attentive to radio and/or phone communications to facilitate a prompt response to any situation.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
  • Customer service experience is preferred.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
