As a Security Professional - Telecom Site - Morning Shift in Spartanburg, SC, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom and more .

As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal in a dynamic tech, media, and telecom location, you will play a key role in maintaining a secure environment for clients and their assets. Your responsibilities include conducting regular patrols throughout assigned areas, remaining highly visible to help deter security-related incidents, and responding promptly to any situations that may arise. You will interact with visitors and staff, providing exceptional customer service and clear communication in every interaction. Job Schedule:

What You’ll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, responding as appropriate to emergencies.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to help maintain order at the location.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the premises and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activities and identify potential issues.
• Monitor the location for unusual activity and report any observations according to established protocols.
• Support access control procedures, verifying credentials and helping to restrict unauthorized entry as required by site policies.
• Communicate professionally with visitors, employees, and/or vendors while representing Allied Universal at the location.
• Document incidents, observations, and daily activities in accordance with Allied Universal and client requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
