As a Security Officer - Manufacturing Facility - Full Time in Three Rivers, MI, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial and more .

As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a dynamic manufacturing and industrial location, you will play a key role in helping to deter security-related incidents and promoting a secure environment through visible patrols across the premises. Your daily responsibilities will include conducting routine patrols, monitoring assigned areas, and providing exceptional customer service to everyone on site. This position is a driving post, so a valid driver's license is required as you will be responsible for mobile patrols throughout the property. Job Schedule:

What You’ll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and following site-specific policies, including responding to emergency situations as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to support the needs of the location.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the manufacturing and industrial facility, including the perimeter, to help to deter unauthorized activity and support security-related protocols.
• Monitor the premises for unusual activity and report any concerns to appropriate personnel.
• Assist with access control by verifying identification and/or credentials of individuals entering the location.
• Document observations and incidents according to Allied Universal procedures and client requirements.
• Communicate professionally with employees, visitors, and/or contractors on-site as part of security-related duties.
• Support the enforcement of location policies and procedures to help to deter violations and maintain order.

Minimum Requirements:

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions and must meet Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
