In this dynamic role, you will conduct routine patrols and remain highly visible to help deter security-related incidents, responding promptly to situations as they arise. Your responsibilities will include interacting with employees and visitors, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining clear communication at all times. As this is an armed and driving post, you will be entrusted with the responsibility of carrying a firearm and operating a vehicle in accordance with our policies. Job Schedule:

What You’ll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Carry out security-related procedures and site-specific policies as directed by Allied Universal and the location.
• Provide customer service to clients, staff, and visitors while maintaining a professional presence.
• Perform regular and random armed patrols throughout the premises and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activities.
• Respond calmly to incidents and critical situations, utilizing problem-solving skills and adhering to established protocols.
• Assist in emergency response activities as needed, following site-specific guidelines.
• Document observations, incidents, and/or irregularities according to Allied Universal and site protocols.
• Maintain awareness of surroundings and report any security-related concerns to appropriate personnel.

• Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available

Minimum Requirements:

• Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.
• A valid driver’s license is required for positions that involve driving and must meet Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Armed Guard Card or License is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
