As a Security Officer - Retail Site Patrol - Full Time in Conyers, GA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls and more .

As an Access Control Officer with Allied Universal in a dynamic retail and mall environment, you will help to deter security-related incidents by monitoring entrances and exits, verifying credentials, and maintaining a strong presence throughout assigned areas. Your role involves conducting routine patrols and remaining visible to provide a welcoming and reassuring atmosphere for customers, visitors, and staff. You will be responsible for responding to incidents, reporting unusual activity, and delivering exceptional customer service through clear communication and professionalism. Job Schedule:

What You’ll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors at the retail location by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies.
• Monitor access points to help control entry and exit of individuals and/or vehicles according to established protocols.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following emergency response guidelines as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail environment and surrounding perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity.
• Document and report security-related incidents, observations, and/or irregularities as required by site policies.
• Communicate professionally with clients, visitors, and Allied Universal management regarding security-related matters.
• Support loss prevention efforts by maintaining awareness of surroundings and reporting suspicious activity.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
