As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal in a healthcare setting, you will play a vital role in helping to create a secure and welcoming environment for patients, visitors, and staff. Your primary responsibilities will include conducting routine patrols throughout the location, maintaining a visible presence to help to deter security-related incidents, and responding promptly to any situations that may arise. This position requires a valid driver's license and may involve driving responsibilities as part of your patrol duties. Job Schedule:

What You’ll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to clients, following security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and respond as appropriate to emergencies within a healthcare environment.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, assisting with security-related needs as they arise.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the healthcare facility and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify potential concerns.
• Monitor for unusual or suspicious activity and report findings according to site protocol.
• Assist visitors, staff, and/or patients with directions and general information while maintaining a professional presence.
• Work collaboratively with healthcare staff and Allied Universal team members to support a secure and welcoming location.
• Complete detailed and accurate reports related to daily activities, incidents, and/or irregularities observed during patrols.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required per Allied Universal driver policy requirements for driving positions only.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
