As a Security Professional - Industrial Patrol - Weekdays in Greenville, SC, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial and more .

As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal in a manufacturing and industrial location, you will have a dynamic role focused on helping to deter security-related incidents and creating a welcoming atmosphere for all employees and visitors. Your responsibilities will include conducting regular patrols throughout the facility, maintaining a visible presence, and assisting with access control measures. You will also interact with individuals at the site, providing outstanding customer service and clear communication while responding to any security-related concerns or situations. Job Schedule:

What You’ll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, responding to emergency situations.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to help to deter potential issues within the location.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the manufacturing and industrial facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or potential hazards.
• Monitor access points and observe for any unusual activity within the location.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, visitors, and Allied Universal management regarding security-related matters.
• Complete required reports and documentation of incidents, observations, and/or routine activities as directed by Allied Universal and site-specific requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Experience using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
